'Fusioneer'

Dr Jonathan Howard is not your usual neuroscientist. He's fired rockets into the heart of an African thunder storm to attract lightning, he's built sophisticated robots that learn how to survive and he's crossed the Himalayas and every continent, except the Antarctic (but he'll get there). Now in a quest to find an environmentally friendly energy source, he's turned his South London flat into a laboratory to begin experimenting with a home built fusion reactor.
