This film was my grad piece for SFU's film program. It is a series of a variant of QR technologies called Aztec codes, which I created in a fashion like tibetan mandalas.
Each code took about an hour to make, and I created and destroyed twenty four of them out of the same tiles.
The premise was to compress as much information into a single minute digitally with my hands, so that each frame of the film would hyperlink to a larger sum of video on the net. There is approximately an hour worth of information encoded into this piece, consisting of spectrograms and morse code.
