This is an example of a typical amateur film. No high end camera, no tripod, often not 100% in focus. I have made a special Avisynth script to improve this kind of footage. The script does stabilising, resizing, sharpening and automatic levels adjusting. This script runs at 12fps on a fast computer. There was no grain or noise reduction.
