made with processing. used opengl calls which makes everything so much faster!
there are 5000 stars in the background and 5000 particles being pushed around by 100 invisible orbs.
camera movement is out of control! at first i was using the minim library which has a cool beat detection and was using that to control the camera, but i had problems with the render (getting audio and video synced) so had to switch to the ESS library, and had to make my own crappy beat detection which really sucks :)

song is caribou - air doom, from the start braking my heart album.

    So, did you switch from OpenFrameworks to Processing? If so, care to comment on how that has been?

    hi. no i didn't switch. i was working with processing for a long time before i started working with openframeworks. usually just work with either software depending on the situation. if its something simple and performance is not an issue i work with processing otherwise its usually openframeworks.

    opa! bem legal cara!
    não sei se você conseguio resolver o problema de sincronização de audio/video usando o minim.. mas enfim, eu tive esse mesmo problema quando fiz:

    a solução foi bem simples... é só criar um arquivo de texto e toda vez q o programa redesenhar o frame ele grava o valor X gerado pela música em uma linha de texto, e na hora de salvar os frames em video, em vez de ele ler a informação do minim, o programa usa o .txt!

    meio gambiarra mas funciona eheheh
