Anyone for Racklet?

Prior to our Petersfield performance I experienced a new-to-me form of cuisine at the delightful home of Martin and Pam Dury - caretakers of wandering minstrels CCM and RC for much of this tour! They'd also invited Phil and Pat Chappell mutual friends and music lovers from the nearby Parish of Crowethorn. Racklet is a Swiss culinary delight and as you would expect involves cheese! The cheese in question is named Racklet and lends it's name to the proceedings. Tasty? Yes. Filling? Absolutely! Fun? You betcha! xx
