I woke up to this the other day. There was a Film Crew filming, so it must of been a commercial, film or something like that. That had all of Grand St. Closed out. It was SOO loud, But it was SOOO cool to watch. I am on the 25th floor of my building and I taped this from my balcony.
That intersection is 3rd and Grand Ave. in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.
