I never thought I'd stumble over someone who attended my high school on vimeo front page. Kind of surreal.

I waited so long to see this video, and now I did, I can say that it was worth the wait!
    Absolutely wonderful, bravo!!!
  • Marianne Bach 1 year ago
Thanks so much! How did you hear about it?!?!
  • Hazar Douce 1 year ago
Actually, my fiancé saw it first and told me about it since he wants to make a video that has the same spirit! My Internet connection was too bad that I couldn't view it only after a long time of trying. I was about to surrender and forget about it, but fortunately, I didn't, I would've missed a real gem :)
P.S. Thanks for your Private message!

This has to be the most beautiful film I've seen shot on a 5D, Gorgeous work! I'm about to purchase a 5D and use it on a film I'll be shooting in five days, can you please tell me what settings you used to get that extreme wide cinema frame???

You are so incredibly talented! What was the occasion for this video?
  • Marianne Bach 10 months ago
Thank you Lisa! I made the video as a final project in undergrad. Also the issues touched were purposefully relating to some issues I had been going through.
  • Lisa Gabrielle 9 months ago
I'm actually in the same undergrad program right now, which is how I was introduced to your work.

This video does seem very close to the heart, I think that's partly why it's so inspiring.
