what technique did you use to slow it down?
We use Twixtor for After Effetcts CS5.

La técnica utilizada se llama 3D Tracking. Se basa en emular (más precisamente "trackear") la cámara real con la que fue grabado el material y luego importarla en un programa de modelado 3D, para finalmente compilar todas las capas de datos en un programa de composición.

It was recorded at 720p @ 60fps. The lenses we used were 18-55mm f4.5-5.6 and 55-250mm f4.5-5.6
By the way, in the hole video we try to "play" with pan focus, and all the focus pulls were made by hand.
