Happy you like it!
Yes! We are developing continuously. In a near future you will be able to follow storys that evolve during the day and also specific writers.

Thanks!
It really is up to the different newspapers to set the price. From our consumer research we know that the willingness to pay is high - approx. 70 per cent of a paper subscription.

I'd definitely pay, but if I do, I wouldn't want any ads. We've all seen newspaper sites and all the ugly banners. I guess an ad-free version and a version with ads with different prices would be great. Some magazines have such a high standard you want to see them, but in others, they can be quite annoying.
Besides that, different subscription options would be great too. Now it's all or nothing. I don't want the newspaper every day, but I sure do saturdays and sundays and maybe one more day during the week.
In December 2009, Bonnier launched Mag+, a for..." [bonnier.com/newsplus] Dec 2009? Seems that we miss the stuff for year.
As soon as DN+ is out you will se lots of examples of interactive news graphics.

Though, I have to say... There isn't too much here being done that isn't already possible on the web? Commenting on posts, following friends, subscribing to feeds... These are all standard Web 2.0 fixtures.
Other than the tablet-based formatting, where is the Web 3.0 / semantic web innovation here?
The curation aspect is perhaps the most interesting... As well as better editorial (print-like) formatting. Will newspapers be responsible for designing their page layouts, or does this system aggregate content into templates (like Flipboard)?
Much of this still seems like technology centered design, not so much solving problems people currently have with the news. It's interesting to also target people who love the newspaper. Who are those people?
The geo-loc ad model could be very interesting but can an ad model still really support the news? I thought we learned that is not a working solution. A seamless experience across mediums seems like a helpful feature but overall, I didn't feel like the video was speaking to me as a reader or really introducing anything very new.
Keep thinking forward.
Cheers!
Alexander
An important feature would be the ability to share articles on twitter, facebook and other services. People would be able to read it online without a pay-wall, but there would still be an incentive to 'rent' the app because it's such a compelling way to read the news.
I think you are absolutely right - some content has to be sharable. We will keep an eye on how people act with our content and fine tune the model as we go along.
