She discusses American water and energy security -- "a National Security Issue" as she puts it -- and how they are ravenously looking north to Canada to satisfy their reckless gluttony.

Keep in mind that the main thrust of the 'IPP / Run of the River' program underway in BC is coming from General Electric -- the second largest corporation in the world according to Forbes. G.E. has moved into water in a BIG way.

This is an important watch because it is even more relevant three years after it was filmed.
