There was a period in my life where it seemed depression ruled, kind of like the dark ages on an individual basis Lol !

It seemed that there is a remedy to such shadows that befall us from time to time (at least for me) and it was right in front of my face, speaking even shouting out the solutions.

It comes in many forms, for instance...

Ouside gardening and those darn weeds ! Persistant they are growing out of the most unexpected places, clinging to life trying to find the sun...

Life took millions of years to take a foothold on this planet, we are the children of a long suffering fight for survival.

How does that apply to each and everyone of us ? I think the fact I am writing this and in turn you are reading this means we are both breathing,.

Alive.
