An epic 19 minute account of our recent holiday in Barbados. Easily the longest clip I have uploaded so far. I suspect that not many viewers will see it through to the end. That is their loss.

Great clip, SteveR! I can finally scratch Barbados from my list of places to see -- your video made it seem as if I were there!

For viewers who may lack the pluck to watch the whole clip through, the editing at 8:13 is really ace, the sunset at 10:50 is stunningly beautiful, and the description of the fish market at 17:09 is hilarious.

Thanks for the kind comments, and for watching the whole clip. The flash conversion has messed up a couple of scenes, but it looks OK overall.

I watched the whole thing too! Looks like a good trip. What was 'the good one' you missed at around 11:13? I like the ocean park. It had a great opening shot too.

Did you and Alby not fancy the snorkling?

I didn't miss anything at 11:13! The Barbadian guy was imploring all the photographers on the boat to catch the moment when the cruise ship sails into the sun. It might be clearer on the downloaded version.

I was too scared to snorkel. I don't like being in seawater that is taller than me!

Thanks for giving up nearly 20 minutes of this beautiful spring day to watch this.
