A celebration of HARVEST TO HEAT: Cooking with America's Best Farmers Chefs and Artisans (Named by Epicurious "Best Overall Cookbook of 2010") with chefs Bill Taibe (Le Farm), Derek Wagner (Nick's on Broadawy), Eric Warnstedt (Hen of the Wood), Alex Grunert (Blue Hill at Stone Barns) and Lee Chizmar (Bolete). The party at The James Beard House was a chance to celebrate with some of the great chefs from the book and drink wine from Bedell Cellars of Long Island, New York. Harvest To Heat is available everywhere books are sold.
