With over 30 years of nursing experience, Gay has performed successfully in a wide variety of medical environments and management positions, including supervising clinical services at Rush Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago. She recently was selected as the Southern California representative for the Children’s Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition, which advocates for pediatric palliative and hospice care.
