I discovered the same thing a couple years ago when stuffing my nose with tissue paper once when I had a cold. There is a trigger up there that people (or at least myself) can hit to force a sneeze.

it's the nasal equivalent of inducing vomit.

There was a rumour flying around when we were kids, that if you sneeze with your eye's open, they pop out! I was always too scared to try and prove it wrong, so I'm glad Eric finally did it for me haha.
