this is the loft that I built with my roommate. its made from 80% recycled material with most of the wood from an old train station in Vermont. its fun to live in.

That was awesome. How did you did you split the screen for two different clips?

i use final cut pro. you can change the size of any clip and put it anywhere on screen. one clip on top of the other in the timeline. then a little feather edge on the clips... and presto, split screen.

with iMovie you can get plugins to do a poormans splitscreen, one of the plugin vendors has a collection of plugins to do this (Geethree, slick vol 4)
