As a survivor, Allen speaks courageously with us about the loss of his mother to domestic violence and his reasons to continue his work as an activist. He also speaks with us about his organization, a grass roots effort, to raise awareness and help other domestic violence organizations in his community. Allen also emphasizes that it's ok for survivors to seek help.
