SMOFCon is the annual convention about running SF & Fantasy genre conventions, held in different venues around the world. SMOFCon 28 was held in San Jose, California, the weekend of December 2-5, 2010. The convention experimented with "Open Space Programming," whereby the members created the programming at a large social/mixer function on the Friday evening of the convention. This video is the Feedback Session held as the final panel of the weekend on Sunday afternoon. Discussion of how the Open Space Program worked (or did not) dominated the session, although other aspects of the convention were addressed as well.
