While the challenges that hinder federal recruiting and hiring have been well-documented, these criticisms do not apply to agencies across-the-board. For every problem area, there are also examples of agencies that are doing things well, making progress and serving as potential models—and in some cases, inspirations—for others.
In America Has Talent: Breaking the Mold for Federal Recruiting, a project made possible by Monster Government Solutions, the Partnership interviewed and highlighted a group of agencies who are making headway on key challenges related to recruiting and hiring for hard-to-fill positions and attracting special groups, such as veterans, people with disabilities and younger talent.
