Impressionistic depiction of the disastrous Challenger space shuttle flight which broke up shortly after liftoff in January 1986. The subsequent investigation revealed that the crew compartment had actually separated relatively intact from the rest of the vehicle and that the astronauts likely did not die until it impacted on the surface of the Atlantic Ocean. The video attempts to present the equally muddled vantage points of both the astronauts in their final moments and the artist's memories of watching the tragedy on live television at four years old.
