What can go wrong will go wrong. This is a lesson in OIS settings. This otherwise pretty decent timelpase of the moon is destroyed by accidentally leaving the OIS enabled.
On this camera the OIS lense shift mechanism was set in the on-demand mode which performs OIS only when taking the shot. In this mode, the OIS lens starts in slightly different locations, shifting the image a small bit from shot to shot.
These were 1/320 sec exposures at 400 ISO using 400% DR setting.
There is also a shift in the white balance periodically.
