This is not a water feature.This is rainwater coming off the new Crest Drive street and flowing across our property.

We notified the city on December 3, 2010. We have had two visits from the city. A phone call, an e.mail or two. And no resolution.

The City of Eugene and the Crest Drive Neighborhood Association got together to reconstruct Crest Drive. The results are atrocious. Bad design, and they made it as expensive as they possibly could. Which isn't good for the neighbors who live on the street, as they are being forced to pay for it. The Mayor and all but one on the City Council supported moving ahead with the project, after a majority of those on the street asked them not to. According to a couple of maintenance guys, they have drainage issues elsewhere on this project.
