This is a simple force directed graph system. The algorithm is based on the work done with the Graphviz library:
Because I would eventually like to push these graphs to the GPU, I thought it worthwhile to roll my own graph data structure. Right now I'm not employing any of the interesting traversal algorithms other than breadth first and depth first searches, but those will come when I start playing connect the dots in interesting ways.

This is the first pass at a modeling system. The eventual modeling system will combine linear graphs and 2D manifolds. I am also developing an audio signal processing graph using the same graph system. The goal is to have a little topological modeler combined with a physical sound synthesis modeler that sits closely on top of the visual graph.

Its not much to look at yet.
To come will be the surface modeling system, and some nicer shaders to make it look decent.
