Late at night, when the bars on the St Laurent strip have closed, Montrealers stumble to the corner of Des Pins for their fix of noodles slathered in peanut butter sauce.
Toonie chow, toodles, or just plain $2 Chow Mein has become a Montreal institution that occupies a special place in the hearts of Montrealers.
This is an ode to noodles and the people that love them.
