In 2006, Moldova launched its "Education for All- fast Track Initiative" project to respond to vital needs in its education sector. A $8.8 million grant has been directed towards: increasing the rate of children enrollment in preschool programs, improving access to quality preschool education for children at risk, and training preschools' teaching staff
