Five Regulations is a collaboration between Chaong-Wen Ting and Chien-Ni Hung.

Each artist is given six clips of videos (they both contributed three clips to the project) and was asked by each other to edit these clips following the rules stated below:

1. The video must be in black and white.
2. The video must be without sound.
3. The fixed length of the video must be around 5 minutes ( this was later changed to three minutes).
4. Every single clip (out of the six) must be utilized.
5. It must end in tragedy.
