Legal Issues Relating to Technology in Our Schools

As with any educational initiative, “Advancing Technology in Education” requires an understanding of the legal principles implicated. This session will address these principles and the issues that they present for school leaders. The scope will include governance issues (e.g., public records, open meetings, etc.), student issues, employee issues, liability issues, and policy development, among other topics.
