On December 15, 2010, Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Jenkins County Correctional Center in Millen, GA. In this video, advocates of prison reform attended to present their views to the governor. Local police set them at a distance away from the hospitality tent and later asked them to leave. One refused and was arrested. The last segment is the beginning of a rally those activists held later in the day.
