For years I had this idea about some feet walking around going about their business. I think it comes from a Dr Suess book about some pants running around at night that used to scare/delight me as a child. Anyway when I directed and wrote for the Andy Milonakis Show I got the opportunity to realize a few of my weirder ideas, and this one. I cut off the "punchline" because it only made sense if you saw the whole half hour episode and were aware of the running jokes, but it was sort of irrelevent anyway... I mostly wanted to see some disembodied feet walking around.
