Inspired by the works of Hockney, this piece is about 'escaping the frame' of the camera, is it possible for an audience to not be restricted by the what the camera sees? Can we observe the same location from multiple viewpoints, and not restrict ourselves to just one angle, at one point in time.
This was my first of two experiments looking at Hockney and an 'expanded viewpoint', and probably the more successful.
Produced for a foundation project, made with Sony HD camcorder and put together in After Effects. (2009)
