I have always wanted to film beautiful Santorini. In this film, I tried to show that despite all the modern day craziness in this world, there are still corners of this globe one can run to, to forget about 'things'.
Each cliff-side town dotted throughout the island faces the sun at a different angle, this meant that the rising sun would sweep through some towns faster then others, something that required observation when calculating the time-lapses within.
Special thanks to Tamas & Angela Uhelszki for helping out in this shoot. Also thanks to Brisbane boys Darren Hayes & Daniel Jones of Savage Garden for the soundtrack.

Only critics: A bit too touristy image of Santorini island with all the "official sightseeing".
What a pitty that you have not been on one of our geological excursions on Santorini! You would have a total different image of Santorini.
Any time you want to go on with your project and to improve it - you are welcome on one of our tours, especially in spring time, when Santorini is a paradise...
