The stencil is effective but I disagree with the idea that good intentions justify bad actions - an English proverb says that the highway to hell is paved with good intentions and I reckon history bears the position out. Old Nick's Prince held that the ends justify the means, and that's the law of the jungle no more and no less and not much good unless you're holding the sword by the hilt.
