In 1967, David H. Lyman was a Navy Photojournalist attached to a Seabee Outfit (MCB-71) stationed in Chu Lai, Vietnam. In the summer of 2007, 40 years later, fellow Vietnam Vet Deryle Perryman interviewed David as a class project for The Art of The Interview Workshop at The Film Workshops in Rockport, Maine - the school David founded and ran for 34 years. That interview and David's photographs and his experience in Vietnam are the subject of this short video.
The sound track was written, preformed, recorded and mixed by another Vietnam vet, blues musician Blind Albert, who is not really blind and who’s real name is Vince Gabriel. You can see his video at blindalbert.blip.tv/#520780
