This was a commercial spot that i did for Mayor Bloomberg's Plan NYC 2030 Congestion Pricing Plan. unfortunately this plan didn't pass, so there is still a bazillion cars blasting through NYC, causing congestion, pollution, accidents and hundreds of pedestrian and cyclist deaths a year.
Sigh.
