Bruce Gibson, BOS and APCD Board member clarifying to Andrew Zilke, ODSVRA Superintendent that the OHV's "strategies" are to be about mitigation

Larry Bross, Oceano, asking for a moratorium on off roading to see if that stops the health threatening air pollution both on the Mesa and in Oceano.

Lucia Casalinuovo, Oceano, asking the Board to not ignore the Phase 2 Study and the SLO County Health Commission recommendation for the BOS to act as soon as possible to protect public health.

Geri BeDell, Avila, asking the Board to address the health issue

Ed Waage, Pismo, asking the Board to look at possible holes in the study, e.g. differences in wind speed along the coastline

Paul Stoltzman, Nipomo Mesa, former EPA air pollution scientist, acknowledged there are always some things in any study to criticize. He asked the Board to accept the study as sound science. He worked on many such air pollution studies for the federal Environmental Protection Agency.
