    Very nicely done. interesting to see some shots with the new cmos equiped hd800, the image quality seems to be improved.
    I would turn the image stabilization off, I suppose it causes this little wobble in the zoomed-in parts, with the hd700 the eis also effects the fov - less wide angle.

    Thanks for the feedback. I will turn the stabilization off and work hard on stability with technique and a monopod for in the field work.

    Very nice. I like the look of the images from the HD800. Seems much improved over the HD700. Your day in Shinjuku seemed like a fun walk about.

    As usual the sub light engines used by Sanyo, mean that here in the UK, we have no release date for the HD800...heck we haven't even got the HD1010 yet.
