Tutorial about building a MIDI game of life sequencer in processing. You can download the sourcecode at ruinwesen.com/support . Download the quicktime version to have better looking text, it's a bit hard to decipher on the flash video (zoom in, and it's "alright").

Here's a couple of cool programs I made using rwMidi and Processing. Such a fun technique!

The first is based on my Whitney Music Box and is very orderly. The second one is very unorderly - it's based on gravity and inertia. They sound nice together.
