The secure and therefore secret networks operated by individuals working under the protection of State Security sections of covert Government Agencies and Departments legally beyond the scope of congressional or parliamentarian jurisdiction are not hiding just military data but all kinds of data pertaining to the activities of elite groups using clandestine public services for furthering aristocratic aims. The reasons why a huge amount of data is kept hidden from the public is because those who most benefit from its hived existence, the ones who contract themselves to employers, both public and private, who knowingly agree to bind themselves to covenants and agreements that indemnify them against individual liability as State agents of mass destruction, propaganda, distortion, kidnapping, torture, deception, murder and falsification of evidence, are the ones who get highly paid as an army of professionals to work clandestinely on behalf of small sections of society that collectively own the Bricks and Mortar of the State.
To give you a clue of the dimension and scale of the operating structures in society where data is obfuscated. The Land Registry. The structure of Land Ownership in Europe and the UK is a closely guarded secret and protected by International Law from being divulged to the public. No-one can access a registry that shows who owns vast estates across a vast area of land and a corresponding audit trail that shows how much revenue each year they receive and how much of this ends up in off shore tax havens. Data is available but it is hidden.
On the contrary, data is freely available to government agencies and other networks that give details of every aspect of your life as a member of the great uninformed public. They know everything about you but you have no right to know everything about them.
What Julian is doing is addressing this age old paradigm of secret power being used by sociopaths and extremely wicked people simply because they have inherited between them the BULK of the wealth of the State.
By the beginning of the 20th century only approx 2% of the UK population owned most of the land between them. The public owned nothing. All land is rentable b ut not taxable. So you must ask yourself the question why is it that this fact has not been made public? mmm?
