From a gig at 'Freedom Of Expression', Christchurch, Gipsy Hill, London, 25/9/08.

There's nothing pre-recorded here, no midi-triggered sounds, no keyboards. Just bass, two pedals (Line 6 DL4 and Akai Headrush), a slide and an ebow.

The track starts out as a pretty mashed up version of 'Don't Stop Believing' ' by Journey, with a bit of a quote from With Or Without You by U2 in there somewhere, and then it morphs. Into.... I'm not sure... you tell me :)

No wonder your known ass Solo Bass Steve he he he .,.. I actually had no Idea you were a professional bass artist with albums and everything he he he .. NICE. I would love to hear this with a better sound and actually some video work, I know the video part is not the purpose of your video, but I cant help feeling the need of it, But thats just me .. oh and by the way, at the end, some sounds and loops int the background (Around the 11:11) reminded me a bit of Sigur Ros. Good work man and nice seeing you.

Sounds great!! I so happy to come across this. I literally just finished an arrangement of this tune for two double basses and was going to test it out with looping before I brought it to the other bassist. I'll let you know if I get a video of it up.
