10. Least Grebe Nesting Pair DivX

Least Grebe (Tachybaptus dominicus). Sept. 28, 2008. Possibly first nesting pair found in Florida. Notice that the bird that leaves the nest has a dark breast band that the bird coming on does not. This is definitely a "change of shift" between two different individuals.
