    That's a traditional Latvian music instrument called "kokle". It's also played in Lithuania, where it is called "kankles" and in Estonia it is called "kannel". In Finland they play an instrument closely related to Latvian and Lithuanian kokle, which is called kantele. I'm not aware of an English name for it.
