I was standing in the Douma Center, a crowded UNHCR (United Nation’s High Commission for Refugees) aid distribution warehouse a few miles outside of Damascus, Syria.
Most of the hundreds of people milling around, or squished together on rows of blue plastic chairs, have been here all day.
