7. Ribbon Spine Script - WIP

Yes, I'm finally starting to learn MEL!!
This is my first script and it makes a scalable ribbon spine with stretch/squash.
Since I still don't know how to make a UI window, it's working with simple commands like "createProxys" and "makeJoints".
The last command is to create a poly cube and skin it to the spine (just to test).
As soon as I learn how to make all I want, there'll be more stuff to play ;)
