Gene Mermilliod has hosted Chick-fil-A Leadercast for four years at Tri-Cities Baptist Church in Gray, TN. He started the event with a desire to provide a service to the local business community. Each year the event has grown - they had 260 attendees in year one, and 400 attendees in year four! Though Gray, TN is a small town, Gene and his team have managed to build relationships with 20 partnering sponsors, who participate at all different levels.
