1st session on the ergometer learning to move on the seat with weight suported on stroke side.
Starts out with lower body work so that the driving leg generates the force for the hip rotation at the catch and flows through to push the oposite leg and toes forward. Once done then the foot-strap is utilized more.
Next: knee over knee drill to help get into the corect position on the seat with weight supported on the paddle side. We can see you totally changed how you do this when starting the drill from the first strokes in the video.
3rdly we add in the shoulder hanging back off the paddle with weight on paddle side still.
