Good stuff, but I think the normal person monologue should have contributed to the plot. Maybe Jake would be reluctantly impressed and become hopeful, then Amir could shatter it in some way.

Jake shouldn't keep his money in the bank considering the current state of the economy. It's only insured up to 100,000. But seeing as it's infinite, maybe it wouldn't matter where he kept it because it would never run out. Oh! This episode is a thinker!

I almost beleived that jake was contemplating infinite nuggets of golden delicious chicken, but then I realized it was all a masquerade to appear as though he is insane as Amir. The normal person rant, still seemed ABYnormal to me Amir. Is that what you THINK a normal person acts like.

P.S. I know this is all shenanigans, so just play along, as if this were "The Real World" or something.

Maybe Jake is starting to realize that he actually likes Amir's antics, because he seemed pretty disturbed by the "normal" impersonation.
