Ontario citizen stands up against Judge to demand his rights to record in court
2 months ago
A citizen describes how he stood up against an Ontario court judge and demanded (and was granted) his rights to record his court hearing as granted under Section 136 of Ontario's Courts of Justice Act.
At first, the judge broke the law, but then later backed down, adjourned the court and allowed the citizen to go to a local mall and purchase an electronic recording device to bring back into the courtroom.
The testimony of this citizen is a good example of what citizens can do when they decide to fight back against court tyranny and corruption.
