Thoughts are boiling in our mind.
Meditation is the only way to train our mind to decrease it's restlessness and it's tendency to generate many, often negative thoughts.
It's purpose is to increase awareness and acceptance of living in the present moment and gives us the ability to observe our thoughts and emotions, let them pass without judgment and slow them down... until the restlessness becomes peace...
