I love how the videos fold/unfold, and the simplicity of the visual feedback when controling the play head..
maybe the arrow could stay on screen and shrink while the playing speed eases back to normality, so that there's a visual feedback on that too.
Yes, that's a great idea to keep the arrow on in some form after you take your hands off the screen to give further indication of what's going on. I like it.
