Just a quick tutorial in how to create a very simple preloader , without the use of Actionscript. This was created at the request of one of my Professor's to aid students that had never used Flash before, but needed a way to add this functionality.
As a note, this tutorial uses AS2 files and not AS3 files for the preloader generation.
